About Me

I am Rolf Issler. I am husband to Lisa, we live in West Kelowna, BC. I am father to Amie, Matthew, and Zachary.

I am an Entrepreneur.

Since 2005, I’ve been building a successful business in the financial services industry. I have helped many individuals and families toward their hopes and dreams. Families that the financial services industry has left behind. Families that are on a treadmill, and feel like there’s no hope of getting off. Families that are hard working, and just need to know what to do to get ahead with their money.  Together, my team and I, show them that there is a way to get ahead.

I am a Business Coach

My background is in management. I’ve worked at FedEx, Starbucks, and as a consultant to a small software development company. It was these experiences that I draw on as a coach to entrepreneurs in the financial services industry.

I am Assembling a Team of Entrepreneurs

10-15% of the population have always had a dream of being in business, but haven’t had a business platform that works. They have wanted control of their time and money. To make a difference for themselves, and those around them. To build a legacy that will last for generations to come.

We take those few people and train and mentor them to grow a business of their own so they can be and do what isn’t possible when working for someone else.

We have openings in our training program for people wanting to transition into a business career than can start on a part time basis, and develop into full business ownership down the road.

I am a Former Triathlete

Sport and business have a lot in common. Developing the discipline and persistence to show up everyday, is what sets the successful people apart from the also ran’s.

My triathlon career spanned 27 years. During that time I successfully competed in several Ironman triathlons, including the prestigious Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii, and many other triathlons ranging from sprint, to Olympic, to half Ironman distances.

I am a Writer.

This is my personal blog. I write about moneyleadership, and whatever else comes to mind. I believe that if you are leading an organization of any kind, that first you must develop your own leadership abilities, and then pass what you have learned to the people in your organization that you are developing. My commitment is to develop the people that I lead to be successful and profitable in their career, and business.
